Warranty
All pens and pencils may be returned within the first 30 days after purchase for exchange. Of course, the pen must be in perfect condition.
Your pen is warranted against defects for 3 YEARS. Defects do not include bark incursions, voids or other naturally occurring elements of the wood or other material. These are inherent in the selection of a natural material and we have enhanced their beauty.
At any time during the three years should your pen not function as intended, simply contact us for return authorization. We will refund, repair or replace (at our discretion) your pen. Postage will be paid by us.
Our warranty does not extend to ink cartridges, refills or pencil leads which are consumed through use. We offer additional ink, refills and leads which should be purchased at the same time as your pen!
Repairs
If you accidentally damage your pen or require work on it, please contact us before you send it to us. We will give you a "best guess" cost for repair based on your description of the work required. Upon receipt of your pen, if the actual cost of the work is more than 30% higher than quoted, you will be notified prior to work commencing. At that point you may authorize the work or ask for the return of your pen. For repairs, postage both ways is the responsibility of the owner of the pen.

Product Information
Please keep in mind that Mother Nature is responsible for the manufacture of any of the wood, stone or other natural products that we sell. We cannot re-engineer nature for you. We will not sell you anything that has an obvious defect.
Shipping Policy
We make every attempt to ship your order within 48 hours - 72 hours in the case of international shipments. 98% of our orders are shipped using Domestic or Global Priority Mail. We will notify you when your order is shipped using the automated announcement features provided by the USPS. In the event of a delay longer than 72 hours you will be contacted and other arrangements can be made at that time.
Payment
We currently use PayPal for all transactions, which gives you, the buyer, the choice of paying by cash, bank card or credit card. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THE SERVICE. Other arrangements can be made by contacting us.
Product Substitution
If a particular item is out of stock we will notify you of that fact when your order is placed. You will have the choice of selecting another item, having us make a near-duplicate item or canceling your order.
Site Images
We go to great lengths to illustrate our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that the software that you use and/or the monitor you have may not accurately display the image colors. Wood is not something that we can manufacture and Mother Nature does have a way of changing the 'norm'. We make every attempt to provide you with the best wood that is available.

All images contained in this website are copyrighted and are the sole property of Heritage Pens except as otherwise noted. These images are not to be sold, transferred, copied or used by any other party and are only available with permission from Heritage Pens. For permission, simply contact us. As long as we get proper attribution, we rarely refuse.
